This year PwC launched their gig economy platform – the Flexible Talent Network. The decision to launch the platform was driven by a survey where nearly 50% of respondents said flexible working hours and work-life balance was a priority when choosing a job. As Executive Director, I commit to reaching out to each of you for conversation and confirmation that our 2018 Community Agenda will be a strong segue into 2019.

HR2IT is excited to welcome new member Fiona Thompson to the Community. Fiona has been with Ulta Beauty since April of 2017 as HR Director and Business Partner. She is a collaborative partner with deep knowledge in FMLA, self-insured benefits, and complex employee relations investigations. Fiona partners with senior management on employee engagement, professional development, training and coaching. Prior to her role at Ulta Beauty Fiona was AVP and HR Consultant at First Midwest Bank.
