The 2019 list was compiled by surveying 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. New Member Welcome: Rhonda Shah, HR VP, Schneider Digital, Schneider Electric

Rhonda has been with Schneider Electric for the past 15 years, and was recently named HR, VP for the Schneider Digital organization. She will lead the mission of evolving digital capabilities across their organization. Through her tenure, Rhonda has held various roles within the Human Resource function, including HR partnership across various functions of Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain and North American Operations.
